It depends on what you are buying, normally, our client order at least one 20′ full container.

Our standard payment term could be T/T (30% deposit, balance against copy of B/L) or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

Usually, our client choose to doing T/T payment to save time and bank cost.

It depends on which material you order.

  1. For slate culture stone panel, Usually, we will delivery within 15~20 days after we received your 30% advance payment on our bank account.
  2. For granite products, Usually, we will delivery within 20~25 days after we received your 30% advance payment on our bank account.

Usually one 20’GP container can load 27 ton in max. Some country only can accept 24 ton, such as Poland. It depends on your transportation road limited weight. Any special rule about weight, Please inform in advance. It can help to check precise price.

Step 1. Confirm proforma invoice with signed and stamped, Arrange 30% deposit and send bank slip paper. 

Step 2. When we receive your proforma invoice confirmation copy, we will start to prepare material and make production plan in advance.

Step 3. After we get your 30% advance payment, we will confirm with you and arrange the production immediately. Before bulk production, we will produce a sample, measure and take photo for your confirmation the color, sharp, size and quality. 

Step 4. When we finished production, we take all production pictures for your confirmation. Packing picture, Loading picture will send as well. We only pack and load the container after you confirmed.  

Step 5. About shipping, You can arrange it by yourself or us. It depend on your choice. We will do according your direction. If we arrange the shipment, we will send the freight information for your confirmation. We only book the ship after you agreed.

Step 6. When we get B/L from shipping company. We will scan full set of document copy for your confirmation. If everything is OK, You start to arrange the balance payment.

Step 7. When we received the 70% balance payment, we will send full set of original documents to you by EXPRESS immediately and inform you the track number.If you need to do Telex Release, Please inform us in advance.  

Step 8. After you received the container, Please check the quality as soon as possible. Any problem or damage, We are welcome you feedback.
